Rose sour yogurt must be eaten. Eating it in the morning or at lunch will avoid heart blockage. Cinnamon: With cinnamon, you also avoid blocking the circulatory system of the body. Moreover, it cures other problems of the heart and is very useful to reduce cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels and blood pressure.
