The more fluid you drink the better hydrated your body will be and it will help you to sleep better later on that night. Avoid caffeine in the early afternoon is important to avoid caffeine during the early afternoon because it can make those sleeping hours harder than they should be. This includes coffee, tea, and even sodas.
